Skinny Girl Shopping List

So I'm thinking that I need a few things so that I can get started...
1. A scale (I'm really fucking scared to officially weigh in, it's gonna be hard..)
2. Water
3. Crystal lite
4. Diet soda
5. Fruit

Most of my food I get at my university's cafeteria (dorm comes with prepaid food card) so I'm going to try to keep as little food as possible in my fridge. That way I can pretty much avoid any late night snacking because the caf closes at 7.

Breakfast: Nothing

Lunch: 1.5 cups cauliflower soup (250 cal)
4 crackers (48 cal)
Diet coke (0 cal)

Snack: Small banana (90 cal)

Dinner: Grilled cheese sandwich (450 cal)

My motivation for the day is Miranda Kerr. I love these pictures of her because she's looks so happy. I'd be happy too if I looked like that...
