So I've been doing well, sticking to my 1200 calorie diet and 1 hour workouts. But it feels a bit overwhelming....I still have so much weight to lose. So many workouts, so many months of restricting before I'll reach my goal. I just wish I hadn't let it get this bad. I wish I just had a normal relationship with food. But I'm just trying to take it one day at a time, one pound at a time. If I can just keep pushing myself through each and every day, I'll get there.
Everyday I have to get closer to being the person I want to be. Thin, beautiful, happy, successful, carefree. But I know that doesn't come easy. So let us remember why we struggle and sweat and go to bed hungry.
1. For thighs that don't touch
2. To look hot in anything
3. To prove them all wrong
4. For "Have you lost weight?"
5. To be the life of any party
6. To be confident and carefree
7. To look good naked
8. To be the girl I know I can be
9. For collarbones and a flat stomach
10. To finally feel good about my body, myself, and my life
I hope you all are having a happier day than me. Sometimes it just feels like there's no end in sight, no way I can possibly achieve my goals. So here's some much needed thinspo. Today's pics are all about bows, I hope they keep you strong <3
Thank you so much for the thinspo, yours are always the best(:
ReplyDeleteListing the reasons why we're willing to struggle helps so much. If we were to just give up we wouldn't get ANYTHING we wanted.. NO rewards. Don't give up, it'll all be more than worth it.
Look at that! We are both doing the same "sort of healthy" diet- 1,200 calories. Its been working really well for me, actually. It keeps me from binging hardly ever, but still is keeping me steadily losing weight (most of the time) It is nice to follow you, meghan- lovely thinspo! I'm excited for someone new to follow :)
ReplyDeleteP.S.- we are around the same height, which makes me happy. I have too many tall friends on blogger! I started where you are at- I wish I had done 1,200 cals/day the whole time or I would've lost the lbs in a month instead of 9. You can do it!
ReplyDeleteI love the thinspo :)
ReplyDeleteKeep looking up girl! I have a ton of weight to lose as well and seriously feel the exact same way about how long it's going to take and why did we let this happen? Well all we can do is strive forward... iven if we only lose .2 a day at least we still look better than yesterday :)
